Established in 2009, we are Kore Construction – a team of experienced commercial and residential groundwork and construction contractors.

We can act as a principal contractor or sub-contractor for job values from £1000 to £2 million.

We are available to work on all kinds of commercial and residential groundwork and construction projects. Examples of previous projects we have worked on include:

The drainage, external works and surfacing of private residential flats
The substructures, drainage, external works and concrete yards for a £1.5m warehouse unit project
Cut & fill, substructures, drainage and external works for a new build school block

Operating from Bristol, we largely undertake work in South West England and South Wales, providing our services across Bristol, Bath, Portishead, Cardiff and all around North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and South Glamorgan.

However, we are not restricted geographically and have worked on projects as far south-west as Exeter, as far south as Southampton, up to Coventry in The Midlands and across to Reading and Oxford in the south-east.
